His dad says someone is buying up a lot of land. Chuck needs to find out who is buying up all this land and why.
Wags is in his office and looks bored. Prince goes into the board room and tells the team that he knows hot to smoke out the bidder, put a piece of land up for sale. Ben still worries about Mafee, he doesn’t want this to affect him. Prince says he will look for a positive solution, he is a builder.
Prince brings in a man who was on the commission for choosing where the Olympics will be held. He tells Prince that you can’t have the games if you don’t have a stadium. The man says that because the games are so far between, he sticks with the favorite, no time for long shots. He gets up and shakes Prince’s hand and says maybe they will speak again. Prince wants Wags to know who else the guy is speaking to, he tells Scooter to work with him.
Scooter and Wags want the team to do an internet scrap of Colin Drache, they want to know who he is talking to.
Krakow walks into Chuck’s office who says what ever gig Prince is offering him with the commission, he will up it to restore his transactions. Chuck gets it, the two are trying to steer the Olympics to New York city. Chuck guesses, Krakow gets the land, leads the chair and becomes the chair of the New York commission. He wins and Prince suffers. Chuck thinks maybe they can work something out. He tells him to resubmit his applications, cards up, transparency will protect them both. Prince goes to see Mateo, he says his partnership overtures were not met with open arms. Ben goes to see Taylor, he asks her if she is ok with Prince going after their former compatriots, because he is. She says she is surprised that Mafee was so forthcoming, since he hadn’t suggested any real estate speculation with her. She continues, if they are anti-fragile, they will survive no matter what Prince does. Ben then goes to see Wendy and tells her that the ruination of the high Plains SPAC is coming and he feels terrible. She tells him to own the fact that Mafee and Dollar Bill don’t work there anymore. She asks if he wishes he left with them and stayed loyal to Axe.
Chuck goes in to see Scooter and tells him to tale his office, it is as it should be. Later, Prince welcomes Mayor Johnson to the office. He tells her that one of his competitors is concealing his efforts in bringing the Olympics to New York without speaking to her first, former Treasury Sec Todd Krakow. The games need a new host city for 2028. She says the stadium face a lot of opposition last time this idea was floated. He believed that she would stand more to fain by speaking out against it herself. And, it would shine a spotlight on his plan to build a stadium in Westchester. She is not so convinced.
Wendy goes to see Dollar Bill and Mafee, she tells them that Prince knows all about the SPAC and the Olympic lay, and he’s lining up to destroy whatever it is they are bringing out. Dollar Bill says they are not walking away from a Mayweather-Pacquiao payday so that Michael Prince can take it, they are already in position. Wendy says that when the IPO happens, they are going to feel like winners, and Prince will kill the Olympic play, the SPAC is going to liquidate and they are going to drown. They need to abandon their plan while they can, before they lose their reputations and their money.
Krakow holds a press conference to announce that he will be spearheading the High Plains Management real estate SPAC rolling out. Once funded they will build a all-weather stadium in Manhattan. Meanwhile, the mayor holds her press conference and says she will not let the Todd Krakows of the worlds bulldoze their livelihoods to build a non-essential stadium in Manhattan.
Prince meets with Krakow who agrees to partner with him. Krakow says they will be spitting in Chuck’s eye, Prince says he will handle him.

Mr. Drache is in the office, Prince is there and they go see Scooter and Wags.
Mayor Johnson holds another press conference, she welcomes Prince to speak and he says that they have the same vision of what a Summer Games in New York should look like. All of a sudden, horns are beeping and there is a lot of noise, nobody can hear Pence. Chuck has a megaphone and is standing on a car. He gets the people to agree with him, he says they will take back their city from the billionaires who try to make the decision for them. He gets everyone to chant, “take back our city.”
