Chelsea duo Mateo Kovacic and Denis Zakaria have returned to training ahead of their game against West Ham this Saturday.
Kovacic had missed the side’s last two games with a calf injury, while Zakaria has been missing since the away defeat to Fulham on January 12 when he was substituted after suffering a hamstring injury.

However, both returned to training today in a boost for Graham Potter who has seen his team decimated by injuries in recent weeks.
Kovacic, who made seven appearances for Croatia at the World Cup, has made 22 appearances for Chelsea this season in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
Zakaria has made seven appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season and will be hoping to rebuild the momentum he was gaining before his hamstring injury.
The Switzerland international, who made four appearances at the World Cup, is stepping up his return to full fitness after being spotted in training yesterday.
Chelsea have won only one of their seven games in all competitions since the start of 2023, and are ten points off a Champions League spot.
