William Martin "Clu" Gulager is an American actor and director. He was first known for his television work, appearing alongside William H. Bonney in the 1960-1962 NBC television series The Tall Man and as Emmett Ryker in one NBC Western film series, The Virginian. He went on to have a second career as a horror film actor, most notably in Return of the Living Dead by Dan O'Bannon. He is also in A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge. In 2005, he began acting in his son's horror films - the Festival series and Piranha DD - at the age of 80.
