Heading into Week 13 of the NFL season, my NFL Projection Model has 21 out of the 32 teams with greater than a 15 percent chance to make the playoffs which means just about every game this weekend will impact the playoff picture. Though 15 percent might seem like an arbitrary cutoff point, after the Bills — yes, the Bills are the least likely of those 21 teams to make the playoffs — the next most likely team is the Chargers at 6.4 percent.

No team has clinched a playoff berth, not even the Eagles, though my simulations have Philadelphia making the playoffs in every iteration. That could change in Week 13 as Philadelphia is the only team in the NFL with a possibility of clinching a berth. Here is how the Eagles can do it:
- Eagles win AND Rams loss or tie
- Eagles win AND Lions loss AND Packers loss or tie
- Eagles tie AND Rams loss AND Packers loss or tie AND Falcons loss or tie
- Eagles tie AND Rams loss AND Packers loss or tie AND Saints loss or tie
